The purpose of this report is to provide regional creative industry leadership with a picture of the current needs of arts and cultural organizations in the Inland Empire, as a result of COVID-19 impact and also looking towards building a sustainable infrastructure for supporting the growth and capacity of these organizations. In the next five-ten years what can we do to expand the work of the arts and culture field in the Inland Empire?
